About this file
This document provides base access instructions for contractor and visitor site visits to a military installation, specifically for the Replace Foundation Concrete and Anchor Bolts, BAK-12 System solicitation (W50S6T26QA036) at Fresno, California. All personnel attending the site visit scheduled for August 27, 2026 at 9:00 AM must complete DBIDS pre-enrollment and submit a 144 SFS DVES Form (20240320) before arrival. Background investigations typically require 1-5 business days for standard clearances, while foreign nationals may require 45-90 days for review and approval.
Attendees must bring two original forms of identification as selected during DBIDS pre-enrollment (copies and photos are not accepted). Acceptable identification includes a Real ID-compliant driver's license, U.S. passport, or a combination of birth certificate and Social Security card. Those with driver's licenses marked "FEDERAL LIMITS APPLY" must provide a birth certificate and Social Security card. The DBIDS pre-enrollment process requires completion of five pages including personal information, demographics, address, government sponsor details, visit dates and purpose, and generates a six-digit alphanumeric code that must be saved and entered on the DVES form. The government project representative listed on the solicitation email will serve as the base sponsor responsible for updating form sections and providing security approval authorization before contractor performance can commence.
