About this file
This is a Deliverables Schedule (Technical Exhibit B) that outlines the contractor's submission requirements for ISO 17025 calibration services.
The contractor must provide on-site support from certified ISO 17025 technicians and submit annual documentation including proof of relevant training and qualifications for each service technician performing calibrations on specified equipment types (analytical balances, flow meters, flow controllers, digital thermometers, and analytical weight sets). The contractor shall include in the proposal package a summary of ISO 17025 calibration procedures intended for use on each equipment type, providing the Government visibility into the calibration process and ensuring alignment with ISO 17025 standards and traceability to appropriate standards. The contractor must maintain ISO 17025 accreditation and submit updated documentation annually to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) at the start of each contract year via electronic email.
For deliverables, the contractor shall submit detailed ISO 17025 compliant calibration reports for each instrument within five business days of completing calibration services, either electronically or through database access allowing the COR to download records. Additionally, the contractor must affix a physical calibration label or stamp to each calibrated instrument immediately following calibration, indicating the new calibration date and ISO 17025 accreditation. All documentation submissions are directed to the COR via email.
