The amendment replaces the term "Friction Rig" with "Pavement Data Collection Vehicle (Profilometer)" and provides contact information for questions. The solicitation seeks to award up to three (3) contracts with a term of nine (9) years to provide the specified pavement data collection vehicle. The solicitation will be awarded based on firm fixed price and best value, and covers multiple jurisdictions within the state of Washington, including counties, cities, and census-designated places.

The contract will be a firm fixed price and best value award. The solicitation does not provide details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other financial information. The amendment must not change the scope of work of the original RFP or substantially increase the value of the original contract.
