About this file
This is a Bid Amendment #1 issued by the State of New Jersey Department of the Treasury, Division of Purchase and Property, Procurement Bureau, addressing Bid Solicitation #26DPP01328 for Incident Management Response Trucks (IMRT). The amendment provides answers to questions submitted during the Electronic Question and Answer Period that closed on September 3, 2026, and includes revisions to the original bid solicitation. The solicitation seeks fully assembled 2026 model year or newer trucks with a minimum 10,600 lb. GVWR, extended cab configuration, single rear wheel, four-wheel drive, and 8-foot box with truck cap, along with thirteen price lines covering equipment such as snow plow, emergency lighting and siren, light tower, cargo glide, inverter, console, modem and antenna, and operator and mechanic training services. Pre-approved vehicles include the 2026 Ford Super Duty F-250 Super Cab and Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD Double Cab, with equivalent makes and models meeting specifications acceptable. The quote opening date is September 24, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, and all quotes must be submitted electronically through NJSTART. No mandatory pre-quote conference or site visit is required.
Key clarifications in the amendment address submission procedures, specification conformance requirements, and technical specifications. Bidders must submit all required documents, including a signed Specification Conformance Certification, through NJSTART and may not submit hardcopy quotes. The amendment clarifies that striping on the unit shall be red and white, with specific placement requirements on doors, body, and cargo glide. Bidders are encouraged to submit multiple quotes for each make and model cab and chassis, with all pricing lines completed as firm, fixed prices on the state-supplied price sheet. The amendment confirms that bidders must complete all required fields on price sheets and that exceptions to the State of New Jersey Standard Terms and Conditions may render a quote non-responsive if not properly addressed during the question and answer period.
