Will Treasury consider breaking out each height of fence for pricing, like the previous contracts, due to fluctuating costs?
The structure of the Revised North, Central, and South State-Supplied Price Sheets are already currently broken up into various heights of fencing, for Categories I and III. For example, the Price Lines for the Revised North State-Supplied Price Sheet specifies that Price Lines 4 to 5 are for the complete installation of 4’ or 5’ high aluminum-coated chain link fencing, while Price Lines 6 and 7 are for the complete installation of 6’, 7’ or 8’ high aluminum-coated chain link fencing.
Please read each description for each Price Line within Categories I and III of the Revised State-Supplied Price Sheets for specifications on height and additional information.

Would Treasury consider extending the Q&A period by 2 weeks to allow sufficient time for all Bidding Documents to be examined?
No, the State declines to open a second Electronic Question and Answer Period.
