About this file
This document is a survey request from the Tennessee Department of General Services' Central Procurement Office (CPO) directed to procurement stakeholders. The purpose of the survey is to strengthen partnerships between state agencies and the Central Procurement Office by gathering feedback on services and procurement processes. Recipients are asked to complete an online survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/stateoftncpocustomer, providing assessments of Category Specialists' performance across various procurement process areas.
The survey is designed to be brief and encourages participants to select responses ranging from "Strongly Agree" to "Agree" that best describe their experiences. For questions not applicable to their specific procurement interactions, respondents are instructed to choose "Neither agree nor disagree." The goal is to collect actionable comments that can be used to implement improvements in CPO approaches, processes, and tools. The survey is being distributed by Josh Polk, a Sourcing Account Specialist located in the Tennessee Tower in Nashville, with contact information provided for potential follow-up.
