Strategic Replenishment Contract (SRC) Industry Day
29 January 2020
The Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Agile Combat Support (ACS) Directorate, Support Equipment and Vehicles (SE&V) Division will be hosting an Industry Day on to perform market research for its SE&V Strategic Replenishment Contract (SRC) effort.
This Industry Day will be held on 29 January 2020 from 9:00am to 4:00 pm at the Eagle Conference Room within the Museum of Aviation, 1942 Heritage Blvd, Warner Robins, GA 31088. Industry day check in starts at 0900. The presentation will be from 0930 to 1030 with one-on-one sessions following conclusion of the presentation.
A Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) was posted to FBO.gov and beta.Sam.gov under FA8532-SEV_STRATEGIC_REPLENISHMENT on 2 Oct 2019. This effort is anticipated to be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
This Industry Day will cover the scope of the effort, contract information, and an opportunity to hold both open and one-on-one discussions with industry.
This Industry Day facility does not require base-access. The general audience session and one-on-one meetings will be held at the unclassified level. Please limit the number of representatives to no more than four per company/institute.
The Government requests that interested participants complete and submit the Industry Day Registration Form (attached) via email to erica.carter.3@us.af.mil and barry.frank@us.af.mil no later than COB Friday, 24 Jan 2020. One-on-one sessions, if desired, must be requested by interested potential prime contractors on the Industry Day Registration Form.

This Industry Day Notice does not commit the USAF to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Furthermore, the USAF is not at this time seeking proposals. Responders are advised that the USAF will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred with response to this Industry Day Notice. The Government will not assume liability for costs incurred by any attendee for travel expenses or marketing efforts. All costs associated with responding to this Industry Day Notice will be solely at the responding party’s expense.

Directions:
The Museum of Aviation is located only seven miles east of I-75, near Robins Air Force Base.
From I-75: Take Exit 144 heading east on Russell Parkway through Warner Robins. Drive 9 miles until the end of Russell Parkway and exit before reaching Robins Air Force Base onto GA Hwy 247. Turn right and go south for less than a mile. The Museum is on the left.
From I-16: Take Exit 27 (SR358). Go west to Hwy 96. Turn left (west) on GA Hwy 96 to GA Hwy 247. Turn right (north) on GA Hwy 247. Go approximately 3 miles. The Museum of Aviation is on the right.
From Hartsfield-Jackson Airport in Atlanta, GA: Take I-75 South. Take the I-475 Loop around Macon toward Valdosta - this connects back to I-75. Take Exit 144 heading east (left at the light) on Russell Parkway through Warner Robins. Drive 9 miles until the end of Russell Parkway and exit before reaching Robins Air Force Base onto GA Hwy 247. Turn right and go south for less than a mile. The Museum is on the left.
From Macon Regional Airport in Macon, GA: Take GA Hwy 247 South. Travel 15 miles on GA Hwy 247 South. After passing underneath the overpass, the Museum of Aviation is immediately to the left.
