SUPPLEMENTAL WORK DATA SHEET

A. Site 1 Bridge:

Replace the railing and posts and add a center post to the railing on both sides of the bridge to provide greater strength and safety. Add a center post to the railing on both sides Install additional rip rap around the base of Abutment 1 to prevent future erosion. Fill in voids in both abutments using a not shrink grout to reduce water damage.

B. Site 3 Bridge:

Replace the timber deck and tighten the railing so it is not loose. Clean the concrete bearing seats before replacing both existing 8-0 inch round timber sill beams with new 12 inch by 12 inch treated timber sill beams anchored into the concrete abutments. Stain the bridge. Remove the willows and debris immediately upstream of the bridge that are partially blocking flow during high flows.
