About this file

The document is a Second Amendment to Contract No. 20422, an agreement between the State of Washington's Department of Enterprise Services and Sunglass Communications LLC, a Washington Limited Liability Company. The amendment is dated June 1, 2025, and involves a communications and marketing services contract originally effective March 1, 2024.

The amendment extends the contract term by thirty-six (36) months, ending February 28, 2029, and adds a new pay equality provision as required by the Washington State Legislature. The contract covers communication and marketing services, with a new provision ensuring that similarly employed individuals within the contractor's organization are compensated equitably. The amendment allows for compensation differentials based on factors such as seniority, merit, production quantity/quality, job-related factors, or regional compensation differences, provided these are not gender-based. The contract includes provisions for potential suspension or termination if the pay equality requirements are not met.
