About this file
This document is a second amendment to Contract No. 20422 between the State of Washington's Department of Enterprise Services and Swatch Junkie Creative LLC dba Swatch Junkie Digital, a Washington Limited Liability Company. The amendment was executed on various dates in August 2025, with an effective date of June 1, 2025.
The contract covers communications and marketing services, and this amendment accomplishes two primary objectives: first, it extends the contract term by thirty-six (36) months, with the new end date of February 28, 2029, and second, it adds a "pay equality" provision mandated by the Washington State Legislature. The provision requires the contractor to ensure that similarly employed individuals are compensated equally, allowing for differential compensation based on factors such as seniority, merit, production quantity/quality, job-related factors, or regional compensation differences. The amendment also includes provisions for potential contract suspension or termination if the contractor fails to provide satisfactory evidence of compliance with the pay equality requirements.
