About this file

This document is a Second Amendment to Contract No. 20422, an agreement between the State of Washington's Department of Enterprise Services and Colehour + Cohen, Inc. dba C+C, a Washington profit corporation. The amendment was executed on August 26, 2025, with an effective date of June 1, 2025, and modifies a previously existing contract originally dated March 1, 2024.

The amendment extends the contract term by thirty-six (36) months, with the new end date of February 28, 2029, and introduces a mandatory pay equality provision as required by the Washington State Legislature. The contract covers Communications and Marketing Services, and includes a new clause ensuring that the contractor compensates similarly employed individuals equally, with allowances for differentials based on factors such as seniority, merit, production quantity/quality, job-related factors, or regional compensation differences. The amendment stipulates that any breach of the pay equality warranty could result in contract suspension or termination by Enterprise Services or any purchaser using the contract.
