About this file
This is a Subcontractor Utilization Plan document submitted for the City of St. Petersburg's skatepark renovation project at Campbell Park. The project involves demolishing and removing the existing center curved ledge obstacle at the St. Petersburg Regional Skate Park located at 600 12th Street South, St. Petersburg, Florida 33705, and furnishing and installing one new tabletop obstacle in its place. The City is seeking qualified and experienced vendors with demonstrated expertise in skatepark construction, concrete work, and recreational obstacle installation to deliver a high-quality, durable finished product that ensures safe and enjoyable skateboarding for the community. The plan outlines how the prime contractor proposes to engage qualified subcontractors to perform portions of the work, establishing guidelines for subcontractor selection, management, and performance oversight.
The Subcontractor Utilization Plan typically details the percentage of work to be performed by subcontractors, identifies specific subcontractors and their qualifications, describes the selection criteria used, and establishes mechanisms for monitoring subcontractor compliance and performance. This document serves as a commitment mechanism to ensure transparency in the contracting process and to promote the utilization of qualified subcontractors in delivering the project scope.

Form C Subcontractor Utilization Plan Project ID:
Contractor Name:
Subcontractor Utilization Plans require proposers to show intent to use minority, women, veteran, and small businesses in the Tampa Bay Region.
Proposers must describe their efforts in engaging and reducing any barriers to participation by small/veteran/minority/women business enterprises, including outreach, education, mentorship, and process changes designed to increase small/veteran/diverse business participation.
The small/veteran/minority/women business goals set forth herein are voluntary. Proposers will not be considered non-responsive if the Subcontractor Utilization Plan has a zero small/veteran/diverse business participation amount. The City, however, encourages proposers to be proactive in engaging small/veteran/minority/women business enterprise participation. No minimum level of small/veteran/ minority/women business enterprise participation is required as a condition for receiving a Contract award.
