About this file

This is a Subcontractor List template for documenting contractors and subcontractors working with Arms, Ammunition & Explosives (AA&E) on federal contracts. The template requires comprehensive documentation of each contractor entity involved in AA&E handling, including their role as either lead contractor or subcontractor, the specific AA&E items being handled, and associated technical classifications.

The template mandates submission of detailed information for each contractor, including the National Stock Number (NSN) for AA&E items, Security Risk Classification (SRC) per DODM 5100.76, hazard classification (HC) per TB 700-2, and Government Furnish Property (GFP) designation. Additionally, contractors must provide their complete physical address where AA&E will be handled, the corresponding CAGE code (verified against official records), and full contact information for a Point of Contact at that location. The example provided shows Propellants "R" Us, Inc. as the lead contractor handling 10 lbs. of Experimental M14 Propellant Grains with an SRC of IV and HC of 1.3, classified as non-government furnished property at Picatinny Arsenal in New Jersey, with Ryan Ordemann identified as the POC. This submission requirement applies to the F-16 Canopy Actuated Release Bolt (CARB) solicitation (FA821326R3021) administered by the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center at Hill Air Force Base.
