About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details a bulk food items procurement for the Oklahoma Army National Guard (OKARNG) and Oklahoma Air National Guard (OKANG), covering subsistence items to be delivered to approximately 12 locations across Oklahoma and Arkansas. The contractor must provide a comprehensive range of food products including canned goods, dry goods, fresh and frozen meats, produce, dairy, and bread products, with strict requirements for food quality, packaging, delivery, and sanitation.
Key requirements include delivering ordered items within 48 hours of receiving a call order, maintaining USDA and state health standards, providing competitive pricing, and delivering during specified hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST). The contractor must also establish a quality control program, provide a contract manager, and submit necessary agricultural and health certificates. Deliveries will typically occur monthly at locations such as Camp Gruber Training Center, FT Chaffee, Multi Readiness Center, and various Armory and Air Force Reserve Center sites, with the government reserving the right to modify delivery locations.
