The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation to perform the following tasks:
4.1 Project Management
The contractor shall designate a Senior Project Manager to serve as the single point of contact (POC) with the Government throughout the period of performance. The Project Manager shall coordinate all scheduling, site access, procurement, and delivery activities. The contractor shall not depart from nor perform work outside of this Statement of Work without written direction from the Contracting Officer (CO). If the contractor performs such work without written approval, it does so at its own risk.
4.2 System Design and Components
The contractor shall furnish, deliver, and install a complete conference room AV system consisting of the following components:
a. All-in-One Video Bar — The contractor shall install one (1) Logitech Rally Bar No-Radio (TAA Compliant, Part No. 960-001669), or equivalent approved by the Government, to provide integrated camera and speaker capability for Microsoft Teams meetings. The unit shall be wall-mounted above the display using the Logitech Wall Mount (Part No. 952-000044) or equivalent.
b. Microphone System — The contractor shall install the following microphones to ensure all conference room participants can be heard:
1. One (1) Logitech Rally Mic Pod (White, Part No. 952-000038) configured as a tabletop microphone for primary participants seated at the conference table.
1. One (1) Logitech Rally Mic Pod (Graphite, Part No. 989-000430) configured as a pendant microphone and mounted on a Logitech Mic Pod Pendant Mount (Part No. 952-000123) to capture audio from secondary participants seated along the wall.
