The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to paint interior surfaces and replace lighting in Buildings 102 and 110. The painting scope includes approximately 1,995 square feet of office wall space and 5,470 square feet of shop wall space across both buildings. The lighting upgrade involves replacing all interior incandescent bulbs with commercial-grade LED bulbs throughout both buildings. All dimensions and quantities are approximate and must be verified by the contractor prior to bidding. Work shall be performed Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with weekend or holiday work requiring prior COR approval. The contractor must provide a pre-construction conference with project manager and site superintendent attendance, along with required documentation including project schedule, safety plan, quality control plan, and material submittals. Base access requires all personnel to complete Antiterrorism Level I training and obtain security clearance via DBIDS pre-enrollment at least ten working days prior to work commencement. Upon project completion, the contractor must submit a workmanship warranty letter, certification of no vendor debts, before/after photographs, disposal documentation, and a release of claims to receive the final 10% retainage payment.
