Statement of Work Indian Health Service (IHS) Phoenix
21st Annual Integrated Behavioral Health Conference
I. Introduction
The Indian Health Service (IHS) Phoenix annually conducts continuing education training for IHS, Tribal, and Urban programs, along with service delivery partners in Arizona, Utah, and parts of California served by the Phoenix Area IHS. The training aims to enhance the healthcare for American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) individuals, families, villages, communities, and tribes, with a specific focus on improving outcomes for AI/AN adolescents and adults affected by mental health and substance abuse issues. The program will emphasize suicide prevention, response to the opioid epidemic, and provide best practice approaches and findings to enhance the delivery of outpatient behavioral health services effectively.
II. Meeting Information The Phoenix Area 21st Annual Integrated Behavioral Health Conference will be held in Phoenix, AZ on preferred dates of April 22-24, 2025. Three working days will be dedicated to achieving the goals and objectives of all meeting foci. Approximately 200 participants are expected to attend.
III. Scope of Work / Deliverables by Contractor

1) No registration fees will be charged to participants.
SLEEPING ROOMS:
Contractor shall set aside at no cost to the government a block of guest rooms for the participants at or below the prevailing Federal Per Diem rate. Each traveler shall reserve and be financially responsible for their hotel rooms.
Contractor shall release rooms at a date and time most advantageous to the government. Contractor shall note the date that rooms will be released by the hotel.
Estimated Sleeping Rooms for Monday -Thursday meeting events -Check-in night before events: 75 rooms needed for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday night -Check-out on Thursday after events ended on the last meeting day
Additional Information Contractor is notified that the Government shall not authorize or release payment for food and beverage under this purchase order.
Meeting space needed in downtown metro area for proximity to airport, downtown hotels, and IHS Phoenix Area Office.
Conference requires 3 rooms for simultaneously ran sessions.
CONFERENCE CENTER
1) One (1) conference room: 200 participants, combination of classroom and theater set-up. Time: 7:00 am to 12:30 pm
a) Space must include the following:
1) One (1) podium with Lav microphone
2) Three (3) small AV table at front of room
3) Three (3) projector with computer interface, and necessary equipment
4) Three (3) 10’x10’ (or larger) AV screens
5) Two (2) wired floor microphones for audience use
6) Ability for laptop computer to be connected to house audio
7) T-1 line internet access or equal to podium for presenters
8) Onsite technician to support and operate AV equipment during conference

Statement of Work Indian Health Service (IHS) Phoenix
22nd Annual Integrated Behavioral Health Conference
I. Introduction
The Indian Health Service (IHS) Phoenix annually conducts continuing education training for IHS, Tribal, and Urban programs, along with service delivery partners in Arizona, Utah, and parts of California served by the Phoenix Area IHS. The training aims to enhance the healthcare for American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) individuals, families, villages, communities, and tribes, with a specific focus on improving outcomes for AI/AN adolescents and adults affected by mental health and substance abuse issues. The program will emphasize suicide prevention, response to the opioid epidemic, and provide best practice approaches and findings to enhance the delivery of outpatient behavioral health services effectively.
II. Meeting Information The Phoenix Area 22nd Annual Integrated Behavioral Health Conference will be held in Phoenix, AZ on preferred dates of April 21-23, 2026. Three working days will be dedicated to achieving the goals and objectives of all meeting foci. Approximately 200 participants are expected to attend.

SLEEPING ROOMS:
Contractor shall set aside at no cost to the government a block of guest rooms for the participants at or below the prevailing Federal Per Diem rate. Each traveler shall reserve and be financially responsible for their hotel rooms.
Contractor shall release rooms at a date and time most advantageous to the government. Contractor shall note the date that rooms will be released by the hotel.
Estimated Sleeping Rooms for Monday -Thursday meeting events -Check-in night before events: 75 rooms needed for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday night -Check-out on Thursday after events ended on the last meeting day
Additional Information Contractor is notified that the Government shall not authorize or release payment for food and beverage under this purchase order.
Meeting space needed in downtown metro area for proximity to airport, downtown hotels, and IHS Phoenix Area Office.
