About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details the removal and installation of two dishwashing machines at Building 10416 on Joint Base San Antonio Lackland. The project requires the contractor to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, labor, transportation, and supervision to remove existing dishwashers and install new ones on the east and west sides of the dining room. Critical requirements include coordinating with Food Service Staff, working only during non-feeding hours, disconnecting and reconnecting all power, plumbing, ventilation, and soap dispensers, and ensuring the new machines are fully operational.

The SOW specifies strict installation parameters, including working only during designated non-feeding times (breakfast, lunch, and dinner windows), coordinating with government points of contact, and following manufacturer recommendations and industry standards. Safety and environmental compliance are emphasized, with requirements to adhere to OSHA regulations, properly dispose of waste, report hazardous materials, and submit necessary documentation like AF Form 3952 and Material Safety Data Sheets. The installation comes with a one-year warranty beginning on the day of completion and acceptance by the 802 Force Support Group.
