• Submit a detailed list of all proposed letter sizes, materials, finishes, colors, mounting methods, and specifications necessary to complete the work.

• Provide a comprehensive list of all equipment, parts, materials, fasteners, mounting hardware, sealants, and other items required for installation.

• Prepare and submit an implementation plan with a proposed schedule and timeline for completing the work.

• Include warranty coverage for all parts and labor. The USCG prefers a lifetime warranty for both parts and labor. Offerors shall identify the warranty duration, coverage, exclusions, and process for warranty claims.

• Provide all equipment, tools, lifts, safety equipment, and resources necessary to install the exterior signage.

• Provide Gemini brand letters, or an equivalent product.
