About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for United States Coast Guard solicitation 70Z03826QS0000013, with responses provided on September 1, 2026.

The document addresses a single inquiry regarding equipment provision for exterior signage installation. A potential contractor asked whether the USCG would provide access to a 50-foot articulating boom lift for installation purposes, noting that their installers are OSHA certified. The USCG response clarifies that in accordance with the Statement of Objectives, contractors must provide all equipment, tools, lifts, safety equipment, and resources necessary to install the exterior signage. This indicates that the responsibility for procuring and supplying all installation equipment, including lifting equipment, rests entirely with the contractor submitting the quote.
