Unacceptable items will be returned at vendor expense with no restocking charge, and vendors must either replace items or provide full credit or refund at the agency's discretion. Vendor default provisions allow for immediate contract cancellation and pursuit of other remedies if specifications, compliance requirements, or performance standards are not met. Vendors must designate a primary contract manager available during normal business hours to address customer service and contract-related issues.
