About this file

This is a Special Procurement Public Notice issued by the State of Oregon Department of Administrative Services (DAS) on behalf of the Department of Revenue (DOR) regarding the approval of Special Procurement #REQ-DASOBO-00030598 for DOR Mail Processing Center Consolidated Services. The notice indicates this is not an opportunity to submit a proposal but rather a public announcement of an already-approved special procurement in accordance with Oregon Revised Statutes and Administrative Rules. The notice establishes a seven-calendar-day protest period from the first date of publication during which affected persons may formally challenge the procurement approval by submitting written protests to the State Chief Procurement Officer. Protests must include detailed statements of legal and factual grounds, descriptions of resulting harm to the protesting party, and requested relief, and should be submitted via mail to the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, EGS-Procurement Services at 1225 Ferry Street SE, Salem, OR 97301, or by email to egs.pscustomercare@das.oregon.gov with the subject line clearly identifying the special procurement number.

The agency's single point of contact for questions and information regarding this special procurement is Jennifer Alton, State Procurement Analyst, who can be reached at (971) 375-5158 or Jennifer.alton@das.oregon.gov. The notice does not provide specific pricing terms, funding amounts, or detailed service specifications, as this document serves solely as a formal public notification of the procurement approval and the associated protest procedures rather than as a solicitation document or contract award notice.
