About this file
This is a standard contract clause (PD-126) from Argonne National Laboratory dated February 2000 that establishes language precedence in translated agreements. The clause specifically states that in any case where there are inconsistencies between the English version of the agreement and translations into other languages, the English language version and meaning shall take precedence and control.
This clause appears to be part of a larger solicitation package for an X-ray lens Zoomlens procurement, though the clause itself is a standalone administrative provision that would be incorporated into the final contract to establish clear governance over potential translation conflicts.
