About this file

This is a standard contract clause (PD-126) from February 2000 issued by Argonne National Laboratory that establishes language precedence in translated agreements. The clause stipulates that in cases where there are inconsistencies between the English version of the agreement and any translations into other languages, the English language version and meaning will take precedence and control.

This clause appears to be part of a larger solicitation package for sourcing a MINIFLASH FPH Vision flashpoint tester, though the clause itself is a standalone legal provision rather than containing any specific requirements about the equipment being procured.
