About this file
This is an amendment to a solicitation for fuel products in Iraq. The amendment corrects fuel descriptions in sections L and M to reference Diesel Fuel (SFD) and Jet Fuel (JP8) rather than just fuel products. Offerors are required to detail their supply plans and commitments to provide these fuel types in the estimated quantities specified in the solicitation schedule and in accordance with stated fuel specifications. Evaluations will assess the offeror's ability to supply the fuel quantities from primary and alternative sources and ensure availability throughout the period of performance, including an assessment of whether supply agreements demonstrate firm commitments. The Defense Logistics Agency Energy is the contracting agency.
