About this file

This is an amendment to a solicitation for sub-bituminous coal supplies for two Defense Logistics Agency Energy installations in Alaska. The amendment revises the minimum specifications and quantities for Fort Wainwright and Eielson AFB, adds a note requiring efforts to reduce fines during winter months, incorporates pricing adjustments for nonconforming BTU levels, removes a sampling and evaluation clause, and maintains all other solicitation terms.
