About this file

This amendment modifies a solicitation for the delivery of liquefied natural gas (LNG) to Naval Station Guantanamo Bay. The estimated annual LNG volume to be delivered is 2,349,011 MMBtus from May 2020 through August 2023. Offerors must propose prices at or below the mandatory not-to-exceed price of $10.85 per MMBtu to be eligible for award. The amendment updates specifications and requirements for LNG composition, energy content, contaminants, and hydrogen sulfide concentration in Attachment 3. It also modifies the signature block language in Section L to require agreement to comply with technical requirements in Sections B, C, and Attachment 3 for contract duration.
