SPE603-20-R-0506

PORT OF MESSAIEED, QATAR

CONSENT LETTER

Joint Venture Partner/Subcontractor/Teaming Partner Consent Form for the Release of Present and Past Performance Information to the Prime Contractor.

Present and past performance information concerning a company cannot be disclosed to a private party without the company’s consent. DLA Energy requests that the joint venture partners/major subcontractors/teaming partners identified in your proposal provide written consent for the Government to disclose their present and past performance information to the prime contractor. The completed consent forms should be submitted as part of your past performance information.
