Answer: The monthly task order includes the tasks for all CLINs listed in B-0001-B34.01

SERVICES TO BE FURNISHED AND PRICES (DLA ENERGY FEB 1991).

6. Reference Solicitation document page 16 (WAWF): Billing cycle is monthly or upon completion of a task order/ delivery order?

Answer: The billing cycle is monthly and invoices should be submitted after the delivery date specified in the task order.

7. Reference Solicitation document page 16 (WAWF): the CLINS of the contract will be listed in the WAWF system when the task order is entered? We will bill per task order/ delivery order or per CLINs associated with the task order/delivery order? For example, do we bill XX number of CLINs completed per billing cycle or do we bill per Task order completion?

Answer: The task order will provide the applicable invoicing instructions.

8. Reference Solicitation document page 16 (WAWF): If there is a problem with the WAWF system and the contractor is not able to bill properly as this often occurs, is the contractor allowed to assess interest and penalties on late invoice payments? An award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price.
