About this file
This amendment modifies a federal solicitation for bulk petroleum products to support operations in the Western Pacific region. The solicitation seeks distillate fuel (F76), JP5 aviation fuel, and JA1 aviation fuel with and without additives. Delivery is required from January through December 2021 plus a 30-day carryover period via tanker, barge, truck, rail, or pipeline to destinations in the Western Pacific and Middle East. The minimum lift guarantee is 75%. The amendment updates the list of approved additives for F76 fuel. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged. Offerors must acknowledge this amendment by the specified date.
