• Actively administering over $2.5 billion in natural gas, electricity, coal, renewable energy and Energy Savings Performance Contracts for over 200 customers (DoD and Federal Civilian)
• Major focus areas include:
• Execution of renewable energy and energy conservation requirements utilizing power purchase agreements, ESPCs and looking at UESCs
• Execution of agreements for implementation of electricity demand response at federal facilities
• Continued support for renewable goals through purchase of renewable energy credits

• Renewable Energy Supply Agreement for the provisioning, production, purchase and delivery of electricity generated by an on-site solar Renewable Energy Generation System at Vandenberg AFB
– Contractor procures/finances/installs/owns/operates/maintains the solar PV array
– Government purchases electricity at fixed price per kWh
– 25-year generation/purchase term; nine (9) month construction period and three (3) month demolition period
– Use of property conveyed via separate real estate agreement
– Government reserves the right not to award contract

– Firm fixed price per kWh; first year contract price can not exceed $.085/kWh; up to a 1.5 % escalation rate compounded annually considered
– Solar array must be fully operational within nine (9) months of contract award
