About this file

This document contains the technical specifications for a TESEC Voltage Regulator Test Option to be used with the existing TESEC Model 881-TT Semiconductor Test System at the Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC). The key requirements include:

The test option must be new, capable of measuring various voltage regulator parameters with specified accuracy ranges, and compatible with the existing TESEC test system. Required accessories, software/firmware updates, delivery timeline, installation, and training are also specified. This is in support of a sole source solicitation (SP4706-24-Q-0041) by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) to procure the voltage regulator test option for their product test center operations. The objective is to expand automated testing capabilities and improve turnaround time for voltage regulator inspections using the existing TESEC equipment.
