About this file

This document is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the procurement of a Voltage Regulator Test Option for the existing TESEC Model 881-TT Semiconductor Test System used by the DLA Product Test Center Division, Electrical Lab in Columbus, Ohio.

The key objectives are to expand the lab's voltage regulator testing capabilities, improve testing turnaround time, and minimize adverse effects if the current LTS-2020 system requires servicing or becomes non-operational. The PWS requires TESEC, Inc. to provide the necessary hardware, software, installation, and onsite training to add automated voltage regulator testing functionality to the existing TESEC system. The required deliverables include a Voltage Regulator Head Box, Manual Test Adapter, Low Voltage Generator, Station Interface PCB, and associated software/firmware updates. The work will be performed at the DLA facility in Columbus, Ohio, with the contractor responsible for any required travel. Payment will be made through the Defense Finance and Accounting Service upon submission of invoices through the Wide Area Workflow system.
