3.13 Interruption of Utilities
Should multiple interruptions in the same building/area (multiple individual pieces of equipment need de-energized, some of which may be “upstream” or “downstream” of other equipment that will also need to be de-energized) be scheduled congruently, consecutively, or independently; regarding frequency of facility/occupant disruptions.
To the greatest extent possible, all items listed in the maintenance contract that require de-energizing should be performed concurrently, if possible, to minimize downtime to the facility. Items which cannot meet these scheduling requirements must be specifically noted and supporting documentation provided to the government to approve. All the above information should be detailed in the Authorized Service Interruption request noted in Section 3.13.1

General Question
There are multiple references throughout of performing maintenance per more than one standard/authority, such as page 15 4.3.4 Emergency Power Supply Systems, items a-d. Should the maintenance schedule and all related documents default to the most restrictive requirement if there are conflicts in the documents, and should the specific maintenance event source be noted on all documentation?
Where more than one standard is available provide a recommendation and coordinate with the Government which standard shall prevail.
File details come from the government source that posted it.
