About this file

This document is an Amendment (Number 0001) to Solicitation SP4701-25-Q-0204 for secure on-site document shredding services for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support. The amendment removes several Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses related to equal opportunity and contract compliance, specifically in response to Executive Orders 14173 and 14168. The solicitation is a competitive follow-on contract set aside for small businesses, seeking a contractor to provide 178 secure, lockable receptacles and monthly on-site document shredding services at NSA Philadelphia.

Key service requirements include monthly shredding of documents from the 178 receptacles, with each receptacle having a minimum 75-pound paper capacity, and two additional bulk shredding events lasting 4 hours each. The shredding will be performed directly in an on-site truck, with 100% of materials shredded at the location. The contractor must complete facility access within 15 days after receipt of order, and shredding will be executed monthly on a date agreed upon by the contractor and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). The document includes a comprehensive Q&A section addressing potential vendor questions about receptacle specifications, service locations, and contract details.
