SP450025R0008 Anniston Hazardous Waste Renewal Question 3 Question 1. The solicitation is due on June 19, which is a Federal holiday. Considering there are two Federal holidays during the bid period for this solicitation, would it be possible to extend the due date until the following week?
Answer: the procurement has been extended by 14 calendar days and now closes 3 July 2025.
Question 2. Are you going to provide fill-in forms for the completion of FAR Clauses 52.209-7 and 52.229-11?
Answer: the fill-ins forms are now listed in the attachments on SAM.gov Question 3. The waste streams for CLINs 638900 and 639000 are no longer generated- can these two CLINs be removed from the solicitation, or can their quantities be set at 1 EA?
Answer: No, the quantities will not be changed at this stage in procurement process.
Question 4. Many of the bulk liquid CLINs have only B5 as the suffix. Please consider adding a CLIN with a T2 suffix to the following: CS01, CS03, CS05, CS06, CS10, FL06, FL07, NR03, and NR04.
Answer: No new line items are being added while we are fulfilling this procurement requirement. Any additional CLINs will be bilaterally modded onto the awarded contract after the effective date.
Question 5. The Totes and Bulk Liquid CLINS for all PF wastes are high and will add a considerable amount to the bid. Is there any basis for these quantities?
Answer: Like most estimated quantities, the PF CLINs were based on historical usage and the customer expressed a need for these requirements.
