Question 2 for SP450025R0008 Anniston Hazardous Waste Removal Questions: [Is] there is still time to bid on the project. Will this project require 53' trucks or can sprinter vans be used?
Answers: Yes, there is still time to bid; the offers are due 3 July 2025 at 17:00 or 5:00 pm EDT.
This project does not require 53’ trucks, however Hazardous Waste (HW) removals and transportation to qualified commercial TSDFs must be done with properly placarded transport vehicles and drivers must possess CDLs with HAZMAT endorsements and capable of safely transporting the removals.
