13. Are containerized waste shipped from multiple sites on one order or series of orders in a “milk run”? Every 80-85 days a milk run is done for 90% of pickups on this contract. Remainders are specific pickups for Key West, Andros Island, Ascension Island (containers coming into Port Canaveral), Patrick AFB & Cape Canaveral AFS.

14. I thought that the FL14 and NR06 CLIN went away and was replaced by LP14 & LP15 respectfully (published on 1/27/2020). LP14 and LP15 has been added to the Price schedule. Which is included as an attachment to this modification

22. Under the SERVICE CLINs there are 18 CLINs (1002SV thru 1200RE) that require a wide array of options for Industrial Cleaning and Roll-off Containers, Rental and other Equipment. However, there is no real history that these types and volumes of Services are provided. Is this just a result of CLINs from the Master CLIN list that should not have been included in the Solicitation? These are new CLINS that were created by OSH management to replace old CLINS. These CLIN’s are brand new to the contacts going forward.

23. There are a number of CLINs listed with the BULK designation of B5 (Tanker or TOTE), B1-4 (ROLL-OFF). These CLINS require the use of Bulk Transportation. Can you list the sites where Tanker (B5) and Roll-off (B1-B4) CLINS where requested. This information if vital in determining realistic transportation costs. Patrick AFB, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station are the main ones, Key West might use the B 1-4 for POL Rags but that is it.

24. Clauses 3.29 & 3.30 mentions CLINS6360CM, 6361FT,6606,6375TR,6385TR, 6501 for the Retrogrades, but they are not on the bid schedule . Are these going to happen? A new price schedule with the required CLINs is provided as an attachment to this modification and they are listed in it.
