Notes: (1) The Government reserves the right to conduct additional surveillance/review of final payment information and/or delay all payments until after final payment and scrap tracking information is received if warranted due to performance problems. (2) The reduction for a failed APL is taken off of the amount of the appropriate CLINs. The cumulative reduction for failed APLs cannot exceed 100% of the task order amount
