About this file

The file is a Technical Exhibit 5.0 Acceptable Performance Levels (APLs) spreadsheet for a warehousing and distribution services contract with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Distribution San Diego. The document details specific performance standards across multiple receiving and inventory management activities, including timeliness and quality metrics for different types of inventory movements such as new procurements, customer returns, military service redistributions, stock transfers, and maintenance turn-ins.

Key performance metrics include receiving and putaway timeframes ranging from 24 business hours to 5 calendar days depending on the inventory type, with priority levels assigned to each activity. Quality standards are also specified, such as maintaining less than 0.25% invalid shipping documents (iSDR) and less than 1% return shipping documents (RSDR). The performance levels will be tracked using warehouse monitoring tools and Qlik applications, with measurements applied to monthly transaction volumes across various inventory handling processes.

TE 5.0

TECHNICAL EXHIBIT 5.0

ACCEPTABLE PERFORMANCE LEVELS (APLs)

NOTE: For APL calculations based on business hours the time accrued doing the work between the hours of 0000-2359 Mon thru Fri is included in the calculation. For example, if the tailgate date and time was Thursday at 1400 and the induct was Friday at 1400 then the business hour time is 24:00. If, however, the induct was the following Monday at 1400, then the business hour time would be 48:00 (because 0000 thru 2359 Sat and Sun) were excluded. Holidays are also excluded from the business hours calculation.

Note: For APL calculations based upon business days, the APL measurement excludes weekends and federal holidays.
