In accordance with paragraph 7.8.5B, the Contractor shall provide all replacement parts required in the performance of RM and shall bill against CLINs 0006, 1005, and 2005.

(1) Other direct Costs. The Government will reimburse the Contractor on the basis of actual cost for the following, provided such costs comply with the requirements in paragraph (i)(1)(ii)(B) of this clause: NONE.
(2) Indirect Costs (Material handling, Subcontract Administration, etc.). The Government will reimburse the Contractor for indirect costs on a pro-rata basis over the period of contract performance at the following fixed price:
NONE.
(1) Does this mean that the Government will not reimburse the Contractor for ODC? In addition to materials costs, there may be local travel or other related costs.
(2) Does this mean that Material Handling and G&A on materials or other ODC are not reimbursable under this contract? Most offerors will want to include their normal indirect burdens.
