RFI 21: Does the maintenance of HVAC get performed by government personnel or outside contractors?

RFI 21 RESPONSE: BOS contractor provides maintenance of HVAC systems

RFI 22: For the electricity and natural gas usage furnished in the NOO documentation, are the numbers estimated or metered?

RFI 22 RESPONSE: The majority of facilities are metered. Energy numbers are estimated for some facilities

RFI 23: Are the HVAC hot water boilers standard efficiency (~80%) or condensing technology >90%)?

RFI 23 RESPONSE: Several facilities have new high efficiency boilers

RFI 24: Who is the manufacturer of the DDC controls in the buildings?

RFI 24 RESPONSE: Siemens, Johnson Controls, Sneider-TAC *Only Siemens and Johnson Controls have the Authority to operate on VLAN
