It is essential that tankers arrive on site at the pre-scheduled time since tankers are generally offloaded in groups of tankers.

4.2. For CCAF Launch Complex 37 (CX-37), Contractor shall have the following capabilities for LOX deliveries to support a medium vehicle launch or WDR scrub, or turnaround efforts, (as required to support 24hr turnaround operations in the event of a launch or WDR scrub).

This certificate shall provide evidence that delivered media meets all requirements of the specification as identified above in paragraph 2. This certificate must be reviewed and approved by a Customer’s representative prior to container/tanker connection to customer’s facility. If individual tanker contents delivered are from the same facility bulk storage volume, then a single certificate would be valid for all tankers containing the same certified propellant after initial tankers are certified. A bulk storage sample for a planned quantity of tankers extending over several days would be acceptable if bulk is not replenished. A fresh bulk storage sample would be required if a significant change has been made to the plant storage tank or 30 days has elapsed since the last delivery.
