About this file
This document is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the Arkansas Department of Transformation and Shared Services Office of State Procurement for the Arkansas State Senate to obtain pricing and a contract to provide printing, packaging, and delivery of stationery products. The stationery products include letterhead, blank second sheets, #10 envelopes, business cards, note cards, envelopes for note cards, and note pads. The Arkansas State Senate typically places one large order prior to the beginning of an odd numbered year's legislative session, with smaller orders placed throughout the contract term as needed. The initial contract term is one year, with options to renew for up to six additional one-year terms, not to exceed a total of seven years.
The IFB provides detailed requirements for the stationery products, including specifications for paper stock, ink, foil stamping, thermography, and packaging. Prospective contractors must have an open and operational commercial printing facility and meet other qualifications. Pricing must be submitted on the official price sheet, and must include all costs associated with fulfilling the requirements, including shipping and inside delivery service. The award will be made to the lowest-bidding, responsible prospective contractor on an all or none basis.
