About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) dated 11 August 2025 details the requirements for installing a smart locker system at the 20th Logistics Readiness Squadron's Deployment Processing Center. The system requires 18-22 lockers constructed of 18-gauge double-reinforced cold-rolled steel, capable of operating in temperatures from -13°F to +122°F, with industrial-grade touchscreens, cameras, keypads, barcode scanners, and smart package sensors. The lockers must accommodate general-purpose mobility bags (24" x 20" x 20") and chemical warfare bags (24" x 15" x 15") within a designated outdoor area measuring approximately 362" x 80" x 24".
The contractor will be responsible for site assessment, locker installation, software integration, and staff/user training. Installation will occur at the specified location with government facility access provided for 8 hours per day. Contractor personnel must comply with base security regulations, including obtaining base passes, submitting to vehicle searches, and adhering to traffic and safety guidelines. The project must be completed within 1 week of beginning on-site work, with final acceptance requiring inspection by the Combat Arms NCOIC to ensure proper system functionality and professional installation.
