The contract contains all terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties and can only be modified through a written agreement.
The contract uses a fixed-rate payment method, and the Provider will not be reimbursed for any travel expenses. The solicitation has undergone several addendums to update the timeline, with the latest addendum extending the decision timeline.
