About this file

The vendor must provide and deliver 1,283 tons of #304 limestone per ODOT specification and 611 tons of 1" / 2" base rock limestone per ODOT specification to the training facility located at 8451 State Route 5. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all labor and equipment necessary to complete the work, which includes hauling and placement of aggregates. Additionally, the contractor must repair any damage caused during performance, including ruts in grass, damage to gravel pads, and damage to fencing. A site visit prior to delivery is available upon request, and the contractor should provide an estimate of delivery requirements by truckload and days needed for completion, acknowledging that dates may shift based on state and federal training schedules and incidents.
This acquisition is structured as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 484220 (Specialized Freight Trucking, Local) with a $34,000,000 size standard. The Government intends to make one firm-fixed-price purchase order award on a best value basis, with evaluation criteria prioritizing past performance first and price second. Offerors must submit quotes addressing the entire requirement; partial quotes will be considered non-responsive and ineligible for award. All work must meet or exceed specifications outlined in the attached SOW, and billing will be adjusted based on actual delivery schedules and any training-related delays.
