The proposal must include subcontractor quotes from at least two vendors, with detailed cost breakdowns using the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) Master Format. The facility will remain occupied throughout the project, requiring careful coordination with the Government Project Manager to minimize disruption to ongoing operations.
