VOLBERG, DAVID A TSgt USAF ACC 325 CONS/PKA Plan Description Based on my review of the SOW this looks like a plan offered by a particular vendor at a platinum tier. I suggest we remove the term platinum and focus on the requirements of the plan so others can provide an equal plan by any other name since that information is adequately documented in the SOW.
Example Rewrite:
1.0.1 Maintenance, Support, and Service Agreement
- 24/7 call handling and service availability
- 8-hour response for non-emergency calls
- 4-hour response on-site response for critical (emergency) situations
