About this file

This Sources Sought Response Form is for the Intelligence Community Virtual Recruitment Capabilities (IC VRC) contract opportunity issued by the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) in support of the Office of Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). The procurement seeks a vendor or solution covering three talent acquisition focus areas: (1) online interviewing and assessments services, (2) event management interviewing and assessments services, and (3) college recruitment. While the government prefers a single vendor capable of providing all three focus areas, they will consider responses covering one or two areas.

The Sources Sought announcement invites qualified sources to respond by Friday, 4 April 2025 at 2:00 PM Central Standard Time via email. Respondents must complete the attached response form, which includes questions about small business status, NAICS code applicability, security clearances, GSA schedule contracts, SAM registration, and interest in prime/subcontractor roles. The procurement is using NAICS code 541519 (Other Computer Related Services), and the government is conducting market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions, with a potential solicitation to follow this sources sought notice.
